Catch up once a week

Most social apps are built to keep you scrolling. WaveLen is built so you can put it down.

No likes race

Like counts are only shown to the person who posted. Follower counts stay private too, so nobody's keeping score.

A feed that ends

Once you've seen what your friends shared, WaveLen tells you you're all caught up. There's no endless scroll to fall into.

Your time, your limits

Set a daily time limit and quiet hours. When your time's up, everything but messages locks, and notifications stay silent during your quiet hours.

Share with the right people

Sort friends into Circles like Close Friends or Family, and pick who sees each post. Private accounts and follow requests are built in.

No ads, no data for sale

WaveLen is free and ad-free. Your posts and messages are never used to target you, and you can export or delete your data anytime.

Safety you can see

Photos and videos are screened before anyone sees them. If something of yours is removed, you're told why and can appeal.

Why I built WaveLen

Hi, I'm Ben. I'm a student, and I'm building WaveLen on my own. I wanted a place to share with the people I actually know, without everyone's likes on display and without a feed that never ends.

It's early, so some things are still rough. If something feels off or you have an idea, email me at wavelenapp@outlook.com. I read every message.
